Talk to General Physician on Body Trembling And Hunger

Please approve my post. I am 28F, unmarried. I have been experiencing an issue that if I dont eat for 3 or more hours, my body starts trembling/ feel shaky internally and feel hungry too. For which I have to eat in order to feel better. Medical history: On antidepressants , also suffer from frequent urination/ cant empty my bladder in one go Please let me know if any tests need to be done? What could be the cause? Please no generic replies like get an appointment.
