Asking for Brother, Male, 55 years old, Lahore
My elder brother has an epilepsy but he was perfectly fine and working. He suddenly got an epilepsy attack and now he is behaving differently. He took him to Ittefaq Hospital and they did CT scan the report of which is attached here. He is sometimes aggressive and talks totally indifferently and irrelevant. Is there anyone who can comment if this is cureable, and it can be cured with surgery or with medications.

CT scan report shows he does have stroke . Consult neurologist asap. As per scan , he might not ne needing surgery . But will need good palliative care i.e. physiotherapy and medications to recover.
