Breathing Issue

Question

I had csec on 26 Feb 2023, i am having issue in breathing, my throat is constantly full with something, mucus i guess, and whenever i lay down to sleep i feel heaviness in breathing. i am a sinus patient and my sinus triggers whenever i face dust or cold and my eustachian tube gets swelling and fills with fluid. Right now i am nebulizing with plain water. I will visit dr tomorrow. Please guide what to do right now.
