If you can't breath well, then it's time to go to emergency of a nearest hospital. And if it's like you feel like you can't breath well, But actually you are breathing ok , Then it's time to see a physician for further evaluation. And if you feel ok then can book appointment with me as well.

Do you have any flu or cold symptoms going on? Make sure your nose is not blocked. If it’s hard to breathe from nose then put saline nasal drops into your nose. If you don’t have a nebulizer , inhale steam made from clean water at home ( safety precautions include). If you are stressed or worried, calm down; deep breath and take rest. If you feel chest tightness along with breathing difficulties, immediately seek emergency medical care from your nearest doctor. Get done the labs like CBC,CRP,XRAY CHEST PA VIEW.
Check for fever,blocked nose ,cough and chest pain.Steam inhalation and nebulize with normal saline solution.After investigations have online consultation.
