Hi.. i have been experiencing pain in my wrist bone bend Karne main bhi. Also pain in my knees and overall body pain. Is it calcium Deficiency? If I bend for namaz I hear noises haddion main se.. I want to include calcium supplement in my diet. Please advise

plz check serum calcium and 25 hydroxy D3 level
You can take Tablets CEWCAL one tablet twice daily. Physical Examination is required for further assessment.
you can take tab. calcium and also take indrop D once in a month in milk.
