from last 1 month I'm super aware of my heartbeat i can feel it my neck chest back head hands finger everywhere and i don't have to touch my body to feel my pulse i can feel it without doing anything its very disturbing and also constant acidity and indigestion all heart test are normal is there any other test that i need and why is that happening to me
