sir i was caught by dengue from two weeks so i was in fever i don't feel well just feel as lazy and week i didn't like any food and water just like fruit and juices so that i start my treatment with doctor's advice and reported CBC there were total (17k plt ) so i continued my treatment just 5 days and then i don't take any medicine now i feel well but i have only two problems 1st allergy 2nd weekness

get a cbc done and then consult

plz repeat your manual platelets count only. take rigix 10 mg hs for allergy plus maintain good hydration if you find bleeding spot on your skin or tooth / nasal / fecal blood immediately report to nearby hospital
