Increased in both hemoglobin and hematocrit means dehydration...
check your heart rate in one minute...if above 100 in a minute then go for blood pressure measurement.If normal then no worries.
if you don't feel lethargic and no dizziness & postural drop then you are good...
just ORS one sachet daily for next three days..you will be all fine...in shaa Allah
