بظاہر تو اس کو گندم سے کوئی مسئلہ نہیں ہے لیکن ایچ بی کم ہے. پیلا رنگ ہے. ٹائپ 1 شوگر ہے

My grandfather had diabetes my father and mother had it i hav it but no history of celiac disease going back generations there’s no association of the two , celiac disease has specific symptoms that i suggested before if he doesn’t hav those symptoms he doesn’t hav celiac and more imp in most cases of celiac disease we see around 80% of thm are genetic, do read a little abt it on internet before going for such an expensive test, tell me his symptoms what is the problem that led the doctor to suggest this test

There is a strong link yes both are autoimmune diseases but celiac’s symptoms start showing very early in age gluten is the main trigger

When he was only 2 years old, he had type 1 diabetes. Now, apparently, he has no problem eating wheat. But his complexion is yellow. And he is anemic. The doctor said that there is a high chance of celiac disease in children with type 1 diabetes, you should get him tested. But he did not write the name of the test.

Patient with type 1 diabetes r generally weak pale lean till 15,16 yrs untill they learn to manage and understand their condition, if his eyes r yellow his liver is weak if he has issues with urine its too clear or dark he has a kidney issue, but going directly to celiac test is far fetched, consult with a good diabetologist and teach him about his disease and consult with a nutritionist for his proper diet
