Daily upper back headache 1) pain is moderate 2) from 3 months 3) used many pain killer and muscle relaxant But only give temporary relief 4) did some neck exercises but no effect 5) also did heat pad therapy
No other symptoms
Althought pain is not severe but still it effects my daily life routine.
