Talk to General Physician on Chest And Throat
Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Karachi
I have a constant white mucus for a few month, not too much but it doesn't go away at all. One side of nostril remains blocked keeps switching left and right. Rarely there is a small tonsil stone like twice a month when I clear my throat. Sometime i feel throat tightness and chest heaviness but I believe that's due to my General Anxiety. Also, I sleep with my mouth open I don't know why but its been for years. No cough or fever. Please recommend me any tests or OTCs, or exercises to clear my throat and get rid of this mucus and improved breathing. PS: never smoked

AoA! You should be examined by Ent doctor for final diagnosis of your nasal and throat likely it’s Allergic Rhinitis . Start using anti allergy tablet daily for 2 weeks and some steroid nasal inhaler is must for a month or more. Avoid dust, fragrances or any pollen exposure if you have any. Try getting appointment with ENT physician for further examination and management. Thanks
