Aoa sir.. i feel chest infection. since last 3 days.
i m using arenac and panadol for cure. can u please guid medicine to me so i can get red of this problem. because i feel temperature too.

app cold water na lo, Saline gargles kro, joshanda lo, steam lo, hot fluids lo, baqi app Tab.Softin 10mg aik raat ko soty waqt lo, Syrup.Acefyl lain
