If there is pus in it ,it would need drainage by incision.You will see marked redness swelling ,throbbing pain with soft centre and overlying yellowish tinge .
If pus is not formed a good optimal dose of antibiotic can take care of infection.
But this assessment has to be made by a surgeon preferably a lady surgeon who are few.

All pus should be drained completely.Only then will it heal nicely.No ointment will help unless the pus is taken out.If there is no female surgeon in Layyah,contact a qualified gynaecologist or a OT dressing room where minor procedures are done.
