Aoa! I have been having chest problems for some time. I eat and drink something cold. I take a shower every night. Then it gets heavy with phlegm and I have problem in breathing and I also have cough. Due to this I am not gaining weight. I consulted a doctor. He did an x-ray and gave me some medicines plus an inhaler. This happened for some time till then I was taking the medicines. Now again this happens to me.Is there any solution for this i am worried about it.
