and start cap omeprazole 20mg once daily

Chest pain has many causes A good history is important prior to deciding whether the cause is Reflux of acid in esophagus,or musculoskeletal pain or is cardiac or lung related.Has she a high blood pressure too?
Exclusion of all these causes must be done.
Stress ECG or ETT is indicated to rule out cardiac causes
in clinic consultation and examination is needed
