Chest pain has many causes A good history is important prior to deciding whether the cause is Reflux of acid in esophagus,or musculoskeletal pain or is cardiac or lung she a high blood pressure too?
Exclusion of all these causes must be done.
Stress ECG or ETT is indicated to rule out cardiac causes
