Talk to General Physician on Chest Pain From Four Months

There was a severe cough for a week after the cough medicine was opened. But then the pain started between the chest, it seemed like a knife was cut off or something was stuck. The doctor took Ecg, X-ray, city scan, MRI, ESR, CPR, CBC,RA Arthritis , stool test are all normal. H pie lorai and many pan killer use. Musculer also empties pain and anti-inflammatory drugs. But constant and continuous pain between the chest for two to three months which is less than sleeping and resting increases when moving or going under pressure yet could not be properly diagnosed. What are the possible reasons for this?
