Aoa I am facing problem of chilblains in summers this i had same issue in winter because of the shrinkage of blood vessels my circulation was not good i searched the reasons behind summer chilbalins on google ,one of the reason i came to know about was high blood sugar level ...I have Pcos ye aagey chal kr diabties to ni hne wala ? Plus what cure i can take in lockdown as these itchy blisters are causing too much pain and dryness of hands
