Talk to General Physician on Chronic Illness
Asking For Self, Female, 23 Years old, quetta
I’m sick from 2020. It’s either abdominal pain, headache, fatigue, numbness, loss of strength in my arms or legs, joint pain, uneasiness, dizziness, nausea , brain fog and the most extreme occurs when I feel like im dying im extremely dizzy nauseous and weak. It takes a day or two to heal and then I’m better for few days and again I’m sick. In tired as the quality of my life is greatly affected. I want a really good dr who thinks he can help me in this regard. Im tired of wrong or no diagnosis. Please help if you think you can help me. As i’ve already lost faith in doctors due to my previous experiences

Yeah i was initially prescribed anxiety medicines but now the symptoms feel quite different. Also i dont hve any stress now

These problems can be due to multiple causes like anorexia, thyroid disease, gastrointestinal disorders leading to electrolyte disturbance, musculoskeletal disorders leading to poor exercise tolerance.

Whenever I visit drs they dont give me a proper diagnosis mornally ask for CBC and that’s normal with MPV and MCHC elevated only.
