I was having some stomach issues since a while now, so I started avoiding junk and oily foods because they would cause me to feel bad anyway. Its been around 3-4 years but this year I started having this issue of gas in intestines and feeling gas pain there as well. some doctor said it was IBS but the diet for it did not help me at all, now recently I did food allergy test and im following that diet but the gas and irritation in intestine continues

it started after I did a 1 month course of PPI because I had a wound in my stomach, which healed after a month and there was nothing else wrong in my endoscopy

so now after the allergy tests Im avoiding all the allergic foods and eating others, eating fish,mutton,eggs,vegetables and almond milk and corn, in fruits im not using all just some like banana or so
