I am an 18-year-old male experiencing persistent health issues that are concerning me:
Dizziness & Weakness: I often feel lightheaded, dizzy, and severely weak.
Numbness & Body Pain: I have ongoing body pain and a frequent feeling of numbness in my body.
Unexplained Weight Loss: I am getting increasingly thin and unable to gain weight despite trying.
Medication Query: I recently took an Iberet tablet after dinner last night, but today I am feeling dizzy, weak, and unwell.
Please advise me on:
What could be causing these symptoms (numbness, weakness, and continuous weight loss)?
Which diagnostic blood tests (e.g., CBC, Vitamin B12, Blood Sugar, Thyroid) should I get done?
Should I continue taking Iberet, or do I need a different treatment/supplement plan?

Get done your CBC, Vitamin D,LFTS, RBS, Urea/Creatinine,Urine DR, ESR, CRP. Take Tablet Iberit Folic once a day for 3months. Capsule SGINDROP D 2lakh units every 15th day for 2months and then 1monthly for 3months. Tablet Osnate D once a day for 6months. Tablet Mecobal 2times aday for 10days. Limit your screen time.
