Take one Tbs Ispaghol husk with water once or twice a day morning and evening
Or you can take warm milk with half tsp Olive oil at night....
you will be relieved from constipation.
Other high fibre diet includes figs
Dip 1 or 2 figs in water at night , eat in the morning along with its water
Eat Guava , orange , green veggies.
Try these....if you don't get relief then take medication
