burning feet syndrome...it happens usually in patients with gastric problem
u should modify ur life style
with exercise proper diet
plenty of water,take fruits n vegetables
avoid junk food
calcium. pantothenate available by the name of tab calcipan t one tab thrice a day for burning feet really works
take one tab twice a day for three months
take yogurt it also contains this vitamin
For constipation you have to increase fibre in your diet by consuming more vegetables, fruits. Use whole wheat flour instead of refined one. Take 1 tablespoon ispaghul husk in warm milk at night. For your second problem check your blood sugar level but detailed history is also required to fully evaluate your problem.
