Incorporate fiber in your diet. vegetables especially green fresh vegetables, fruits, ispaghol ka chilka, oatmeal are just a few things you can add to your diet. These issues tend to get worse in pregnancy. Talk to your gynecologist/obstetrician on your next appointment and ask her, agar zaroori hua to she will advise you to visit general surgeon.
