Talk to General Physician on Continous Vomiting

Hi I am having severe vomiting on every second day from past 2.5 months but I don't feel other symptoms like nausea headache or stomachache. I did not loose any weight. The very first day I had severe vomiting I was very tens and now the situation is all the time I feel sleepy and down. I was very attentive to little details and now I can't even focus. sometimes I feel sensation in my left leg. During this time I visited emergency 2 times and doctor advices me antibiotics but the situation is same. I am looking for advices what can be the reason and should I consult a gastreolosit or a psychiatric? PS: smoker
