My nose is usually fluedy in all seasons, it seems like I have a sensitivity issue. I couldn't stand water, miner spices, or sitting in the air conditioning for long. My nose fills up with mucus whenever I eat or drink something, whether it's sweet, salty, or ordinary Pakistani food. Sometimes it's embarrassing as well.
