There is no such need to repeat the test he can break isolation if he is asymptomatic for 3 consecutive days without any medicine, if he wishes to donate plasma than a negative pcr is necessary
No need for the pcr... Just eat healthy diet and do antibody test after 2-3 weeks of recovery... And wear mask as re infection with covid is also possible due to variable stains.
