your concept is absolutely wrong. Medicine is not as easy as you think. that's why advising medicine online is banned on this app and also all over the world

Take rigid one at night ,cough syrup any , and panadol, if u have sore throat do gargle with hot water at night

Cough is dry or with sputum and if with sputum, what is the colour of sputum?
2.fever is still there, what is the degree of fever if you have recorded the fever?
3.is this condition associated with body aches or not?
If you properly answer, then some medicine can be prescribed
