I'm having a cough for three to four days. Also, I have a little fever and extreme flu as well. As this is viral these days, so, I just wanna ask which medicine I should take for this?

I agree but I don't have any history related to this problem, it could be a viral infection that's why I am just asking for medicine recommendations.

your concept is absolutely wrong. Medicine is not as easy as you think. that's why advising medicine online is banned on this app and also all over the world

Cough is dry or with sputum and if with sputum, what is the colour of sputum?
2.fever is still there, what is the degree of fever if you have recorded the fever?
3.is this condition associated with body aches or not?
If you properly answer, then some medicine can be prescribed

1. Cough is with sputum but there is dryness in the throat.
2. As such, don't have a fever at all but it was a little warm.
3. Don't have body aches at all.
