Aoa Drs ! Pls have a look at this Xray of covid positive patient & help in this regard. Its his 7th day of isolation & no fever since 2 days.
it's completely fine.
Just take multivitamins and Vitamin D,no need any antibiotics just wait and see if you get any symptoms then review with a doctor

Keep observing. Get a pulse oximeter and keep checking Oxygen saturation daily. It should be more than 94%
