Asking For Father, Male 60, Hyderabad
Assalam u Alaikum My father has tested positive on 9th May. Checked SpO2 and it was 95 on the same day. We isolate him and start giving him the treatment below. Father was having a fever from 28 April. At start it was a mild fever, but day after day it reaches to 103. Currently on 13th May Alhamdulillah there is no fever. But now(12 May) he has a mild chest pain while inhaling, whenever he came back from washroom. But after resting for 10 min, no pain. Oxygen is now fluctuating from 92 to 95. Many times it's 92/93 sometimes it's 95. Please suggest if should I need to change the treatment now, or any assistance is greatly helpful.
1. 2 day before test, we started Oxidil Injection IV 500mg through NS. We completed the 5 day course.
2. From 9th may: Zetro 500mg subah sham (Stoped now on 13th May)
Moxiget 400 subah (Started from today 14 May as we stoped giving him Zetro)
Ascard 25mg subah (continues)
Polypep/Rizek 25mg subah sham (Stop this on 12 May and replace it with Rizek on th
wt Pt need is
strict oxygen saturation monitoring 2 hrly.
dont try exertion out of bed..Urine bag and pamper if necessary.
mucolator sachets 3 times a day.
pt need evaluation for further management.
there may be any role of antiviral /Steroids..
hx of diabetes any heart disease is imp...
need fresh CRP report then I will tell u what to do ... last CRP report was high
ws he need further test like CRP hrct chest and do it today or at least x ray chest and get appointment online by marhum

sir, crp is attached, can't attach x ray because of some reason. Should pt need crp and x ray again?

first of all start N/s info 500 ml for blood flow
if any difficulty then we provide home service ... but charge little bit high in only Peshawar...
where is x-chest plz do it and share why u give so many extra drugs miss all relevant drugs

I can't see my whole post so writing the treatment part again.
