Some women have these cravings in pregnancy.And some have even when nonpregnant.Sometimes it may be due to iron deficiency that you get an urge to eat.
Eating Kacha Atta is not healthy.It will cause fullness of stomach, loss of sppetite, less nutrient intake and may sometimes cause intestinal obstruction.

Get Blood CBC to check for hemoglobin deficit.
Distract yourself when the urge arises.
Eat meals( rich in proteins and low fat dairy,fruit,vegetables beans,legumes )
in small portions 6 times a day to keep your stomach full.
Go for walk,or call your a friend or pick up a book or engage in any activity when you have the urge to eat.Distract yourself.Learn to discipline yourself because much of it is a mind play.

Are you pregnant? Such craving occurs in early pregnancy, or anemic, or worms ? Get cbc , urine RE, stool RE , if not pregnant. If pregnant then , after 3 months it will be over .
