Talk to General Physician on Depersonalization Disorder

I have been suffering through a disease. I am not sure that it is depersonalization-derealization disorder or what. But I don't feel real. I don't feel like before. My senses of smell, touch, hearing and vision have changed and decreased a lot. And I have headaches and a painful condition in my head which is disturbing me a lot. I have been suffering from it from about 6 months.I want to get rid of it permanently. Please help me deal with this annoying condition.
