Assalam o alaikum Sir/ Mam Tanveer is here, I have depression and anxiety increase day by day and even I feel that I have hypertension, high blood pressure. I am not feel anything well. I am feeling these problem few month ago after that I was happy no tension during few months I feel that i am unwell. Physically, i am fit but main problem nis mentally. Please let me know what I do.
