My random blood sugar was : 154 i felt alarmed and went for three month sugar test n report was 4.4. Next day after breakfast ut was :142 after lunch:135. Once after dinner it was :113 and fasting reading was:102. (My father had type 2 diabetes n elder bro too) right after my first elevated reading i got alarmed n cut off all extra carbs and sugar. What should i do now

AOA! Your fasting readings and HbA1c : 4.4 is perfectly normal . You should not do anything. Cutting carbs and sugar is always healthy just keep doing and add some regular physical activity like walking. But don’t worry about diabetes especially type 2 . What age your father started having T2 DM?
