Dear Sir,
my father is 75 year old, doctor due amputation after the wounds become so bad.
We are doing dressing at home as per Al shifa doctor suggestion by piodine daily, once its dry and after few days it look like as attached in picture. please help us what to do.

keep the wound clean.
clean it with normal saline pat dry it
then apply gauze bandage
wound seems to be healthy.
is there any bleeding or dead tissue ?
pain or pus?
keep an eye on his temperature
just keep doing dry gauze dressing lose one .it LL be fine soon
