Talk to General Physician on Difficulty Swallowing

I feel jaw fatigue after talking / chewing for sometime. I feel neck fatigue if i keep my neck unsupported, the he'd feels heavy and I feel like giving rest to the neck. I feel the part around eyes as stressed / heavy / stiff / swollen, i don't know what it is. Sometimes i feel something is blocking my throat after swallowing for sometime. I feel my eyelids to be very heavy at times. In all these cases, there is no pain and fatigue goes away taking rest for sometime. Comes back if i do the activity again. Its worse few days and other days it's manageable.
