Talk to General Physician on Discharge And Uti Pain
Asking for Self, Female, 36 years old, Lower abdomen sides and back
I have dull pain in lower abdomen and one side which goes across buttocks. Previously i visited a doctor and they checked with ultrasound and told me i have urinary tract infection and send me back with metronidazole treatment.
However after few days the pain is back, also I think the problem might be related to gynae because i have been having constant discharge that smelled fishy for atleast 3 months now.
I just wanted to know that what kind of tests should i go for to check both possibility of both vaginal infection or STI and UTI.
Help would be much appreciated as I am very confused.

Yes , It could be a gynaecological issue as you've a strong history+ pain in lower abdomen... You can go for wet mount test or a simple urine examination.. but to exactly rule out the disease..needs a bit of more history.. you can contact online so will provide you with details ..

Dear , history is short coming ..& You can go for wet mount test in any upgraded laboratory for the discharge test , + if you've itching associated with the discharge it could be fungal infection then treatment would be different... & for urinary infection you can go for simple urine routine examination...
