Whenever i sit straight in 90 degree angle i am like some one pushing me forward/ backward or side ways and my heart beat increase after that with kind of contraction of left hand (numbness), with also throbing sensation on right side of head on temple area i am confused whether this movement sensation is cause of inner ear problem or something else?
