Talk to General Physician on Dizziness And Neck Stiffness

Salam ! I am suffering from neck stiffness and dizziness ( bppv)while moving my head up and down and lying there is ringing in my ears and balance problem.l am suffering from this condition from about 1 , l use setspin for it that give me some relief but it is not permanent solution .l have also checked by so many doctors and tried certain manuvers and exercises for it but nothing give me proper CbC and thyroid profile is also normal. l am student and it really ruin my daily give me advice that what should l do know?
