Talk to General Physician on Dizziness, Imbalance, Vertigo, Ear Pressure/ Pain

For the past one month, I have been feeling dizziness, vertigo, problem while walking, like I experience imbalance, and minor pain/ stress in my ears. I also feel pain around my shoulders and beneath my neck. I visited ENTs twice and both mentioned that I have cervical, symptoms of sinusitis, and muscle spasm. I took the recommended medicine but it only helped a little. I still feel a little dizzy, lack good sleep, heavy headedness and bearable pain around my neck and shoulder areas. I also did the recommended exercises and started doing cricket nets. However. while playing, all these sensations are not felt, I feel I am performing 100%. But while working, I experience the same symptoms. What should be the way forward. The medicines I took include Provas N Forte, Neege, Enier, Brexin, Neosedil and Rinuclenil Spray.
