Actually I am currently covid positive & I have dry cough issue with sore throat, yesterday I consulted with marham online ENT doctor he advised nasal oxycrom & and in used in last night but after that in early morning I was severe headache pain, I had also migrene issue against I am treating kindly advise reason of this headache pain very severe

You must learn and do breathing exercises, as it's most effective way to get rid of breathlessness and has no side effects.
For headache, do cervical traction.. it's really good for treating headache and vertigo.
