Talk to General Physician on Elbow Tenden Injury

A few months back, while spading the soil of plants, i felt pain on inner side of elbow. Its not bone related. Either its vein or tendon pulled. Now i am feeling different issues cz if that. 1)Upper arm muscel pain. 2) pain on outer side of elbow and forearm. 3) pain on back of my hand and fingers even till nails. 4) aometimes muscles gets numb. 5) vibrating sensation on outerside of elbow and fireartm. 6) difficult to bend the arm.
