Serum potassium kitna kam hai? Normally 3.5-5.5 tak huta hai. Agar tou 3 tak hai phir tou jo doctor ne bola hai wo karein lekin agar uss se kam hai tou phir aik drug huti hai KCL ki wo doctor khud calculate karke lagatey hain. Khud se mat lagwayega kyun k wo buhat carefully di jaati hai aur agar achanak ya zaroorat se zyada dedi jaye tou dil ka dura bhi cause karsakti hai.

Oral tablet uss tarah se effective nhi huti jaise IV huti hai. Lekin 3 days se zyada khani paregi tou normal range tak ana shuru hugi Potassium. Baaki inko banana bhi khilayein ussmai potassium ki mikdaar achi huti hai
