Esophagus/Mid Chest Discomfort

Question

Esophagus Mid Chest Discomfort Happening daily since 2016 when I had choking attack and solid food phobia so I only drank protein gainer shake as food till 2019 and weight loss was 80kg to 55kg Ive gained to 62kg now. Upper chest area discomfort feels like weight on middle of chest and increases in anxiety, when hungry, After meal. I also get burps stuck in my esophagus which worsens pain until burp is released then I am fine
