I had ESR levels 70 in 2022, i reduced it to 12 with proper medication in 2022.
but i get this test done each year I got my test ESR test done today and its 30. my age is 25 I am women. the normal is 0-20 but I got 30.
is it serious problem? i am a overweight, irregular periods & pre-diabertic(working on it)
