I am a 22 year old woman. I’ve been having recurrent episodes of extreme dizziness everyday for about 6 months now. It’s getting worse day by day. I can’t sit or stand for too long else I feel that I’ll pass out. It only goes away after lying down. My heart rate also goes above 100 when this happens and I also have SOB. My blood pressure is also on the lower side and gets as low as 75/50 when these episodes happen. I’ve checked it with a digital bp machine I have at my home.
what about your sleep pattern ? is there any history of pain anywhere ? or history of excessive menstrual bleeding.

need more history and cbs and some other test....if your hb is normal then.take ors sachet on daily basis for almost 1 week. ...one sachet in 1 litter water...and consume it in 24 hours ..for further consultation kindly book an appointment

You didn't mention diagnosed Hyperthyroidism and provided an incomplete history. Your Dizziness could be due to the exacerbation of Hyperthyroidism. Patients with Hyperthyroidism may be at increased risk for Orthostatic Hypotension. Thyroid Profile, CBC, Electrolyte panel and measuring of blood pressure in different positions. Consult an Endocrinologist after the results.
