I am 9 weeks pregnant and i m having spotting issue. Doctor has prescribed duphaston twice a day and injection gravibinan twice a week. Now the problem is, i am feeling extremely dizzy, tired and extreme nausea, due to dophaston. I am so worried pls tell me solution so that I can stand up on my feet.
