Asslamoalikum doc mujhe neurologist se puchna hai k 3 din se mere husband ko chakar arahy jiski waja se unko vomiting feel horahi hai sometime he vomit jese vomit hoti to chakar kam hojaty thori dair bad phr wese he lekin alhmdulliah wo har activity karhy hain Mujhe reason janna hai k esa q horaha hai unke sath past nai unko facial pelsy ho chuki hai his bp and augar level is also normal plz btaen k esa q hai mai buhat pareshan hon
Did he has some recent upper respiratory infection ? Is there any hearing loss? Any visual weakness? Just 3 days history is not alarming . Give him tab stemetil 3 times a day for 5 days and see if it gets better, and if not then plz book online appointment . Thanks f
