Talk to General Physician on Feel Weird Pain On Forehead

I am feeling weird sensation on my forehead. pain is exactly like when we place finger in the middle of our eyes. we can not call it pain but if its feel almost everytime what would we call it except pain. it irritates me months ago. it goes for some day and come back for weeks. some times feel lower back pain. numbness on feet toe. some times i feel very warm feet even in winter. i just want to get rid of this forehead weird sensation. need help asap.
