Ok so , i have lost 31kgs from 1st jan till today 25 april , but now my feet are completely numb and my legs feel weird , i did do an extreme diet but i got tested in electrolyte and b12 test and they both are normal , so i asksd my doctor and they are just saying that drink milk and eat more and take a vitamin D pill , so i want to get rid of this , i am tired
