Asking for Someone Else, Mother, Female, 50 years old, Multan
Salam. Meri ami ki age 50+ hai. 10 Muharam se ab tk unka bukhaar nhi jaa raha.. Antibiotics drips bhi lgwa chuki hoon dr bhi change kiya hai unhon ne test krwae hein or again antibiotics drips lgwany ka bola hai.. Lekin bukhaar phr bhi nhi thheek ho raha. Mai reports attached kr rahi hoon kindly mjhe guide krein k mai kia kron . JazakAllah

Wa Alaikum Assalam. Allah Ta\'ala aap ki walida ko sehat-e-kamilah ata farmaye. Agar 10 Muharram se lagatar bukhar hai aur antibiotics change karne ke bawajood fever control nahi ho raha, to sirf antibiotics dobara lagwana munasib nahi jab tak fever ki wajah maloom na ho.
Meherbani karke tamam reports (CBC, CRP/ESR, blood culture, urine test/culture, dengue, malaria, typhoid, chest X-ray ya jo bhi tests huay hain) attach kar dein. Sath hi batayein:
Bukhar kitna rehta hai (maximum temperature)?
Rozana kis waqt aata hai?
Khansi, peshab mein jalan, pait dard, ulti, wazan kam hona ya koi aur alamat?
Diabetes, BP ya koi aur purani bimari to nahi?
Agar bukhar 5–7 din se zyada ho, ya patient ko saans ki takleef, behoshi, shadeed kamzori, blood pressure low hona, ya pani ki kami ho, to hospital admission aur Infectious Disease/Physician ka review zaroori hai. Blood cultures aur dusri investigations antibiotics ke mutabiq plan ki jati hain.
Reports upload kar dein, phir unhein dekh kar behtar rehnumai ki ja sakti hai. Allah shifa-e-kamilah ata farmaye. Ameen

She must be investigated .Get done her CBC, Blood Culture,CRP,LFTS. XRay chest PA view.M.P.
